How to Apply to the SWSD Graduate Programs
Students currently holding an undergraduate degree (MS applicants) or a graduate degree (PhD applicants) are welcome to apply to our diverse range of available graduate programs. We offer a distance-based Environmental Science track degree in Soil and Water Science in addition to our on-campus degrees, as well. Graduate applicants are required to take the GRE; while there is no set minimum score required by UF, the most competitive applicants to the SWSD historically apply with an average combined score of 1130 (480 verbal, 650 quantitative) or 303 (152 verbal, 151 quantitative). A minimum 3.0 GPA is required by UF Admissions. In addition, there are some additional requirements for international applicants.
