Individuals affiliated with the SWSD who are interested in submitting an abstract to present a poster or oral presentation at this year's Forum may do so via email after registering for this event.

This is a Zero Waste Event!  The Soil and Water Science Department is working to reduce waste from this year's Forum and aid the University of Florida’s goal of producing Zero Waste by 2015. Guidelines for Preparing an Oral Presentation

• All oral presentations should be 15 minutes including any questions (approximately 15-20 PowerPoint slides).
• Deadline for Abstract submissions is August 1st.
• Guidelines for abstracts.
• Please review the evaluation form to prepare for the judging process.

Guidelines for Preparing a Poster Presentation

• All posters should be 3' high and 4' wide, landscape orientation. No exceptions to judged posters! Printing is available in McCarty G159 (white backgrounds only) or at Academic Tech Printing Services for $3 per linear ft - (open 24/7).
