Current Research Opportunities
The Experiential Learning Lab provides facilities for undergraduate research as part of:
- SWS4911 Supervised Research in Soil and Water Sciences
- SWS4905 Individual Work in Soil and Water Sciences
- Undergraduate Thesis: SWS4915 Honors Thesis Research in Soil and Water Sciences
- Capstone credits for other departments in conjunction with SWS4911 or SWS4905
UF Center for Undergraduate Research (CUR)
The Center for Undergraduate Research helps undergraduate students find research opportunities to complement their academic programs, provides information on related scholarship programs, maintains a database of UF research, organizes undergraduate research symposia each year, and administers the UF Journal of Undergraduate Research.
Undergraduate Research Activities
In addition to research projects completed during the BioEnergy and Sustainability Summer Internship Program, the BEST Lab has provided opportunities for undergraduate students to conduct research as McNair Scholars and University Scholars.
