Spring Picnic 2024
The annual SWES Spring Picnic had a record turnout! We moved the event from the Austin Cary Forest, north of Gainesville, to Depot Park. The location closer to campus likely contributed to nearly doubling the number of faculty, students, and staff members attending with family and friends. We enjoyed hamburgers, hotdogs, and more from The Top restaurant in its event space in the old train depot next to the park or under the tent just outside the depot.
